- This book motivated me to eat healthier. I definitely need this book because I have the symptoms she describes low energy and frequent illnesses. I like how she included stress as an acidic factor- it's not just acidic foods like meat and gluten that cause our health problems.
I think stress is my main problem.
There is a detailed list of alkaline foods to include in your smoothies and diet, including a neutral alkaline list which I like.
I will definitely use these recipes since I'm out of smoothie ideas! - Consuming rich in alkaline forming foods would benefit you a lot since it can restore balance in your body. This book contains smoothie recipes rich in alkaline. What I liked about it most is that each smoothie recipes were well-labeled, the author indicated what specifically it is for and explained the ingredients contributions to our health.

Good book and I highly recommend it to anyone who are having trouble balancing their bodies’ Ph level and anyone who loves smoothies. - There are a lot of different choices of recipes that will suit your lifestyle and what you will need for your body to get fit and healthy. I was fat and I always felt sad and half empty even though I have already participated different kinds of activities in our neighborhood and at work but after reading this book, I decided to change my meal plan and my daily routines. I am more active now in doing exercises and eating healthy food and that makes me more productive with what I am part already. This book also thought me how to cook not just delicious foods but also nutritious. With the help of this book, I have a good sleeping time frame now and helped me not to wake up with a bad mood every morning and feel grumpy. I will never get tired making smoothies everyday with this recipe book. This is not just helpful but also educational. Good job to the author.
